The client made the decision to migrate from their current technology platform to a new ERP provider to run a number of core business processes. The goal was to bring business processes, technology, and people together to meet the demands of the future. It would be a major initiative that would impact 70% of the workforce. Pulling people from all across the organization—including probable resisters as well as technology advocates

SOLUTION APPROACH

Assessed the organisational, system, process and cultural impact brought on by the implementation of the solution in the entity

Communication plan, change team strategy, change readiness survey and actions, measured progress, assessed risks, and employee recognition program

Helped to organise training sessions, Adapted the training material to the local context

Capitalised on previous roll-out feedback to create a change management roll-out kit to be used in future roll-outs
